Last week we had the pleasure of officially celebrating the launch of OnCampus Ireland in the beautiful surroundings of Killruddery House just outside of Dublin.
We were joined by around 70 guests including a number of our university partners, representatives from Education in Ireland and agents from all over the world who had spent several days prior to the event, exploring university campuses, engaging in the Irish culture and generally have a craic as they learnt more about the benefits of higher education in Ireland.
"I want to thank our university and private institution partners, and those who will follow soon, for supporting us to get to where we are today. We really appreciate the open, transparent, and honest ways in which our relationships have developed. Our original missions was to provide a QQI-validated Irish foundation programme for the benefit of the Irish higher education sector, so it is great to see how far we come with your ongoing help."
I extend a warm welcome to all our visitors who have taken the time and effort to come to Ireland this week. Many of you have told me that you are here for the first time and how you are enjoying the country and its people, which is great to hear. Irish institutions do more than just offer support to their students. They truly take care of students by caring for the person and not just the learner and we look forward to more of your international students enjoying all that is offered in Ireland in the coming years."
"It is a privilege to be able to partner with universities across Ireland with UniHaven College and from day one, it has been important to all of us at Cambridge Education Group that we work together to deliver the best pathway opportunities in Ireland. We are very excited by this opportunity to expand into Ireland, its reputation as one of the best education systems in the world and incredible opportunities for post-study work on graduation make it a compelling draw for students worldwide. Not only will we see the benefits for our students, but we are also very proud to be able to provide increasing numbers of well-prepared international students to Irish higher education institutions over the coming years."
